We're a team of real people who are passionate about helping New Zealand workplaces grow through better training.
At Invest in Training Solutions, our team brings together expertise in workforce development, horticulture, and adult education. We're not a call centre, we're real people who take the time to understand your business and stay with you through the whole journey.

He has progressed from managing individual trainees in the golf course sector to overseeing training advisors who support people across various industries. He currently serves as the pastoral manager at Invest Training Solutions.
Director, Business Development
Grant draws on his background as a team leader, manager, and business owner to understand the challenges organisations face when recruiting skilled employees. He manages business development and serves as the initial contact for organisations exploring training solutions.
Associate
Phil holds a Trade Certificate in Amenity & Turf Management and completed further studies in Horticulture and Management at Lincoln University. He works directly with trainees on site across operational, training, and HR functions. "Having a point of contact to support students face-to-face is of great value. It's a pleasure to guide people through their learning experience."
First Aid Training & Pastoral Support
With a strong background in healthcare as an Advanced Primary Care Nurse, Linda leads the delivery of Invest's First Aid programmes throughout New Zealand. Building on her passion for gardening, she has also completed further study in horticulture to expand her knowledge of plant propagation and the cultivation of a diverse range of plants and vegetables. Alongside her training role, Linda provides pastoral support to trainees, helping them build confidence, overcome challenges and progress towards their learning and career goals.

He spent several years in the industry before completing a degree in Environmental Science, then went on to build extensive experience across the environmental sector. He is passionate about sharing his comprehensive knowledge of horticulture and landscaping. Before joining the Invest team in 2023, Paul spent eight years as a senior lecturer at MIT in Auckland, helping others develop practical skills and confidence in the field.

She worked for the Horticulture ITO and then the Primary ITO for many years, gaining a strong understanding of all aspects of vocational training across the many industry groups she was involved with.
